Fleet Administrator

Summary

The Fleet Administrator will be in charge of managing the admin duties related to a fleet of 170 vehicles.  This is an administrative job but may require you to travel, be outside, climb into vehicles, communicate with employees, and report to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking of all vehicles in fleet
  • Tracking driver assignments
  • Oversee GPS system in vehicles
  • Tag and Title renewals
  • Vehicle visual inspections for conditions
  • Reconcile the bi-weekly gas bills and approve for payment
  • Oversee EZ Pass accounts in Maryland and Virginia

Requirements:

  • Must have a good driving record
  • Must be able to pass both a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Must be proficient in computer usage with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets
