The Fleet Administrator will be in charge of managing the admin duties related to a fleet of 170 vehicles. This is an administrative job but may require you to travel, be outside, climb into vehicles, communicate with employees, and report to management.
- Tracking of all vehicles in fleet
- Tracking driver assignments
- Oversee GPS system in vehicles
- Tag and Title renewals
- Vehicle visual inspections for conditions
- Reconcile the bi-weekly gas bills and approve for payment
- Oversee EZ Pass accounts in Maryland and Virginia
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass both a drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be proficient in computer usage with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets
