"I called McCrea after getting an estimate from Michael and sons on an AC repair. I did not share with the technician, Chris, the diagnosis from the previous company. The tech was on time, called 30 minutes before arriving and went straight to work. He asked a few questions about the unit, the problem history, etc and diagnosed the problem. He indicated I needed a new blower and the part needed to be ordered. He returned a couple of days later, installed the part, and made sure it worked properly. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the system. The price I paid with McCrea was $1500 LESS than the price quoted by the other vendor. The difference is Chris accurately diagnosed the problem and did not try to scare me into buying another unit that I did not need.
