At McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning, we want to show our customers our appreciation for your business and continued support. With our Customer Referral Program, you can earn a free $150.00 American Express gift card for referring friends, neighbors and colleagues who could best utilize our services.
To be eligible for your gift card the referred customer will need to purchase a complete HVAC system (partial replacement qualifies for a $75 Gift Card). Each customer that you refer that purchases a system makes you eligible for a gift card. For example, if you refer 5 friends and all of them purchase systems from McCrea you would receive $750 worth of gift certificates.
Referral Program for Service Membership Customers
Here is how it works: Our contract customers are members of the McCrea family, and we want to continue to grow our family! If you refer a friend or family member and they purchase a service contract with McCrea, you will receive 50 dollars in McCrea bucks and your friend or family member will receive 50 McCrea bucks as well. McCrea bucks can be used when purchasing a new contract or when renewing a contract. There is no limit to the amount of McCrea bucks you can earn. We would like to thank you all for being contract customers. This program will reward those who appreciate what we do, and help us grow our family.
For Example: Ms. Jones refers (4) neighbors who purchase service contracts with McCrea, and she receives 200 dollars in McCrea bucks that she could use towards her contract renewal. Each neighbor that Ms. Jones refers, would also receive 50 dollars in McCrea bucks that they could use towards the purchase of the new contract.
Loyalty Program for Service Membership Customers
Membership holders will receive $50 in McCrea Bucks for each year that they have an active contract. The maximum allowed is $500 in McCrea Bucks. This program rewards customers who keep their membership and have us service their equipment every year.
Purchases that qualify to use McCrea bucks are:
1) Replacement equipment
2) Accessories (such as humidifiers, air scrubbers, etc.)
3) Repairs over $250
4) Diagnosis fees
